Welcome to the Low FODMAP Helper Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.

1. Program Overview

As an affiliate, you will earn 60% commission on every successful sale generated through your unique referral link. Our mission is to spread awareness about the Low FODMAP diet and help people manage their gut health through our cookbook and resources.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To join the program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Own or manage a public platform (blog, social media, website, or professional email list).
  • Share content related to nutrition, health, wellness, or similar niches.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Low FODMAP Helper using:

  • Social media posts
  • Blog content
  • Email newsletters
  • Direct messaging (ethical and spam-free)

Prohibited methods:

  • Spamming or unsolicited emails
  • Using false or misleading claims
  • Offering discounts beyond the official promo codes
  • Bidding on branded keywords such as “Low FODMAP Helper” in paid ads

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.

4. Commissions and Payouts

  • Commission Rate: 60% per sale
  • Tracking Method: Unique affiliate link with cookie duration of 30 days
  • Payout Schedule: Monthly
  • Minimum Payout Threshold: $20
  • Payment Method: PayPal

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be reversed. Any chargebacks or disputes may also affect your payout for that order.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of program terms
  • Inactivity for more than 90 days

7. Legal and Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are considered independent contractors. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program indicates your agreement to any changes.
